Community Health Survey

The Clinton County Health Department is conducting a community health survey to gather information from county residents on their health, and opinions on what health issues are most pressing to them. The data collected by the survey will be used as part of our ongoing community health assessment and community health improvement plan.

These will serve as a roadmap for Health Department focus and activities as for the next several years.
