The Clinton County Health Department completed a comprehensive community health assessment in July 2023. A community health assessment provides insight into the county’s health, both through analysis of available health data and by utilizing input from community partners and the general public. This data is compiled into a report that identifies areas of focus for improvement of overall county health.
This information will be used to develop a community health improvement plan to guide Health Department priorities and activities over the coming years in addressing health outcomes in Clinton County.
