The Clinton County Health Department completed and approved a Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) in February 2024. This plan serves as a foundation for guiding Health Department and partner organization activities focused on improving health and health outcomes for the residents of Clinton County.
While this plan includes key strategies and activities aimed at improving community health, it is not a static document. It will regularly reviewed, and may be revised to address new or changing health issues within the County.
