Restaurant Requirements
Missouri Law Requires a plan review and approval prior to opening any food establishment within the State of Missouri. Applications to open a food establishment must be submitted at least 30 days prior to opening an establishment. Failure to apply for opening or failure to receive approval to open may result in a closure order for an establishment.
Application for Food Establishment
If you are opening a restaurant or any establishment that sells food, please complete the application above and submit it at least 30 days prior to your expected opening. A pre-opening inspection will be conducted for your facility before opening approval is granted. There is no fee or cost for your application.
