The Clinton County Health Department, in cooperation with the Missouri Center for Public Health Excellence (MOCPHE), has completed a Community Health Assessment for Clinton County. A Community Health Assessment utilizes statistical data and input from community stakeholders and the general public to determine that status of community health and identify shortcomings that should be addressed.
This assessment will be used as part of development of a Community Health Improvement Plan, a multi-year framework that will be used to prioritize Health Department and stakeholder activities in improving health outcomes for the residents of Clinton County.
