The Staff of the Clinton County Health Department and numerous community partners have completed a Community Health Improvement Plan for Clinton County, Missouri. This plan provides a foundation for activities aimed at the improvement of health outcomes for Clinton County Residents and is a key component in providing foundational public health services to the residents of Clinton County.
